Shibori Crane Silk Panel

This lovely silk damask panel shows a flight of cranes, that much loved symbol of good fortune.  The cranes have been worked in the 'shibori' (tie-dye) technique and then outlined by hand in gold paint.  These are perfect for framing or for hanging as a banner.  Approximately 1.1 metres long with plenty of plain fabric at either end of the decorated panel for turning hems.  These are always a best-seller at the fabric fairs that I do!
